The programme is co-facilitated by two coaches who give detailed feedback and suggest more specific ways of thinking about all the concepts of the 6 levers of the cooperation model©.
Allowing yourself to take time
Support groups are a space-time that allows employees to share concerns related to internal or external changes: restructuring, office moves, mergers, teleworking, health or economic crisis, retirement, redundancy, change of management, etc.

During the lockdown, our team developed 5 themes around the impacts caused by the Covid-19 crisis: uncertainty, change, systemic, collaborative processes and exploring the future.
If your company has a specific request, we remain open to developing other themes on request.
